As a certified personal trainer, my approach to fitness is rooted in both knowledge and real-world experience. As a first-generation Afghan American, my journey in fitness has always been about more than just physical results—it’s about representation, confidence, and creating space for others. Growing up, I didn’t see many women who looked like me or shared my background in the fitness industry, which made it difficult to feel fully seen or understood in those environments.

That experience is what shaped WANA. My mission is to build an inclusive, empowering space where women from all backgrounds feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their journey. Through intentional coaching, structure, and accountability, I strive to help every client not only transform physically, but feel truly represented and strong in who they are.
